I have embraced my techie side (an MIT-Sloan grad) while marketing complex products to geeks, but also enjoy the creative challenge of designing and executing fresh, innovative campaigns. My greatest successes have come from rebuilding struggling or nascent marketing teams and transforming them into high-performing growth engines.
Roland is the author of The Agile Marketer: Turning Customer Experience Into Your Competitive Advantage was published in 2016 by Wiley.
